Hi neck top with big pockets and a button at the back. This is a cropped / boxy cut.  The sleeves are 3/4 length and are designed to be loose fitting, so you can fit another layer underneath and wear it across the seasons.
 
This vintage fabric is a Sanderson print, it's a beautiful quality fabric and has a lovely thickness to it; a bit like a denim. 
 
This particular piece of fabric was probably a pair of curtains in its previous life.  It is still of excellent quality and pretty flawless but as with all vintage fabric, there maybe the odd sign of stitching marks here and there, which isn't really noticeable but I like to mention it.
